Wish Upon (Film review)

Film: Wish Upon Year: 2017 Genre: Fantasy, Horror, Thriller Directed By: John R. Leonetti Starring: Joey King, Ryan Phillippe, Ki Hong Lee About:  A teenage girl discovers a box that carries magic powers and a deadly price for using them Trailer:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkKaDoUh_so My Review: Having not watched a horror in a while I went to Netflix and came across Wish Upon which sounded interesting due to a wish box, deciding to give this a watch this is what I thought about the movie. I thought that this film had a really good idea for a film which was rather original and that the foreshadowing from the mother's suicide at the very beginning of the film was brilliantly done. I did think that the idea of the box

However, will husband find out about the affair Connie is having and if so what would be the consequences. I find this book a really good read, it has a lot of drama in it as well as romance. The book does feel real however and makes the reader wonder what will happen between Connie and her husband and the consequences of her affair on not only her but her relationship. It is impossible to not feel sorry on the husband within this book as you learn he is a really nice guy who trusts her so much and does not deserve to have this happen to him. With Connie's friends the reader is also able to see a single girl who ends up falling in lo

Book: The Letter For The King Author: Tonke Dragt Genre: fiction, adventure Published By: Pushkin Children's Books Published Year: 1962 My Review: I managed to get this book from NetGalley for an honest review and I am so glad that I did choose this book to read. This book is put into a prologue and eight different sections which indicate where in the story the characters are as well as chapter titles to make the reader have some idea what the chapter they are reading about. Prologue: In this part of the book the reader is made to understand the past of Dagonaut also how the knights are appointed to the king and why there are five boys in a chapel just outside of the town who is doing a vigil. This is a great way to let the reader understand how the following boys are where they are and makes the reader wonder which of these boys are going to be going on an adventure and how if they are so close to the king this would be a long book. Part 1: A Mysterious Mission Aft
