Book: Illuminae Author: Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff Genre: Sci-fi, Young Adult, Romance Published By: Knopf Books for Young Readers Published Year: 2015 My Review: Having heard a lot of positive things about this book I thought I would check it out and borrowed it from the library and found it was a really quick read and rather unique in the way that it was written. Illuminae is about survivors from a war trying to get to safety however there is a plague in which is getting throughout the passengers and is driving them crazy. Not only this but it seems like the main computer system has also went insane and has stopped trying to protect the people like it is supposed to to. I thought that this book was original in it's story as well as the way that it was written and some of the pages with the imagery was really well done and also made to be really pretty.
