Although hearing a lot of mixed reactions I did like this film wasn't really impressed with it either. Mute (film review)

Film: Mute Year: 2018 Genre: Mystery, Sci-fi, Thriller Starring: Alexander Skarsgard, Paul Rudd, Justin Theroux About:  A mute bartender goes up against his city's gangsters in an effort to find out what happened to his missing partner. My Review:  Seeing this come up on my recommended for me on Netflix I decided to see if this would be any good. Liking Alexander Skarsgard as an actor, seeing him in a different role than I usually see him in really intrigued me. The film is about a man called Leo who is a mute and when his girlfriend goes missing tries to find her any way that he can. At the same time the audience is seeing a man who seems to be involved in crime and who is trying to leave the country to go back to America. I found that this film had a slower plot than I would have personally liked and it could have been more in depth with the movie however it was a good watch that I would see again.
