The Revenant (film review)

Film: The Revenant Year: 2015 Genre: Action, Adventure, History Starring: Leonardo Dicaprio, Tom Hardy, Will Poulter About:  A frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s fights for survival after being mauled by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team. My Review:  Having remembered that Leonardo won an Oscar for The Revenant and never having seen it I decided to see if it was as good as it came across back in 2015. This is my thoughts on the movie. The Revenant follows a man who after getting attacked by a bear and almost loses his life and losing his son to one of the people who were meant to look after him, tracks down the hunting party in which left him for dead in order to get revenge for his son. Through this you see the main character go through healing and really bad luck in order to try and find his son's killer.
