Angry Birds (Film review)

Film: Angry Birds
Year: 2016
Genre: Animation, Action, Adventure
Starring: Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride
About: Find out why the birds are so angry. When an island populated by happy, flightless birds is visited by mysterious green piggies, it's up to three unlikely outcasts - Red, Chuck and Bomb - to figure out what the pigs are up to.

My Review:
Having wanted to see Angry Birds the movie since I first saw the trailer and never getting around to it I was so happy when Netflix decided to put this as an available title and couldn't resist giving this a watch.

The film is about Red who ends up going to anger management classes however when pigs show up on Bird Island Red and his two friends Chuck and Bomb try to find out what is happening. However, as the pigs end up being evil the three friends do everything they can to save their homes.

I loved this movie a lot more than I thought I would and found myself laughing at it and finding it really relate-able to how I am in real life. Not only that but the soundtrack was amazing and songs that I do listen to almost daily which made me enjoy this so much more due to enjoying the music that was being played throughout. I did think that this film was great for adults and that some of the jokes are things in which only adults would understand while there was also loads for children making this an amazing family film.

I would highly recommend that everyone sees this even if only once especially if you are a fan of animation, comedy and family movies. One of my favourite movies of 2018 so far!

My Rating: 5/5

Wanting a style of film I don't usually watch but do enjoy I decided to watch the stalker movie that is My Teacher, My Obsession which is based on an English teacher who starts at a new school. However, when one of the students gets obsessed with him she will do anything to be with him including secluding him from everyone else.

I liked the foreshadowing at the beginning of the movie which matched up to the ending very well and shows how throughout the movie that this was coming up. I also liked how the film showed how the student was getting close to…

My Review:
Being a movie I discovered years ago and completely fell in love with to the point it is one of my favourite movies of all time, I was excited to see that they had finally put this on Netflix so that others could discover it and love it as much as myself. As a result I thought I would re-watch Snowpiercer and give it a review which is fun for me as it is a film in which I really enjoy and feel is very underrated.

I love how this film begins by showing you how the passengers who are on the train that goes around the world are the only survivors of the human race. By doing this it shows how key the train …

My Review:
Having a movie day I came across Sahara when on Netflix and having no expectations about this film and also not knowing what it was about I thought that it would be the perfect film to blog about. I did think that this was a cute adventure movie but would be better suited to a younger audience than myself.

I found that this film was really sweet that the snake wanted to go across the desert in order to find a snake in which he found he felt a connection with even though they were different kinds and also from different worlds. I also thought by having the girls brother being a drug addict and struggling with wanting more drugs and wanting to leave his sister while also becoming fri…
