Year: 2016

About: Find out why the birds are so angry. When an island populated by happy, flightless birds is visited by mysterious green piggies, it's up to three unlikely outcasts - Red, Chuck and Bomb - to figure out what the pigs are up to.
My Review:
Having wanted to see Angry Birds the movie since I first saw the trailer and never getting around to it I was so happy when Netflix decided to put this as an available title and couldn't resist giving this a watch.
The film is about Red who ends up going to anger management classes however when pigs show up on Bird Island Red and his two friends Chuck and Bomb try to find out what is happening. However, as the pigs end up being evil the three friends do everything they can to save their homes.
I loved this movie a lot more than I thought I would and found myself laughing at it and finding it really relate-able to how I am in real life. Not only that but the soundtrack was amazing and songs that I do listen to almost daily which made me enjoy this so much more due to enjoying the music that was being played throughout. I did think that this film was great for adults and that some of the jokes are things in which only adults would understand while there was also loads for children making this an amazing family film.
I would highly recommend that everyone sees this even if only once especially if you are a fan of animation, comedy and family movies. One of my favourite movies of 2018 so far!
My Rating: 5/5
